The golden Dome of the Rock Mosque stands above the old wall of the ancient city of Jerusalem. In no other place on Earth is there a larger concentration of religious sights, while at the same time, being claimed by three separate major religions. Call it a bucket list or a pilgrimage but Jerusalem should be on everyones travel itinerary.
