Barcelona is seeing a rapid rise in graffiti which is a sad commentary on what is happening in this city. The Free Catalonia movement and the Spanish governments reaction may be part of the current cause.
With few exceptions graffiti is virtually everywhere. There are a few places that left an impression for not seeing graffiti, we saw none in Singapore, Hong Kong, Brunei, and don’t recall much in Australia or New Zealand. With over a thousand to pick from, here is another installment.
As we travel I am drawn to taking photographs of graffiti. I believe that graffiti can tell you a lot about a place or perhaps about attitudes of residents and the authorities.
