Mathyas Church stands behind chef Jamie Oliver’s Italian restaurant in the Buda Castle area of Budapest. Oliver is just one of a number of famous chefs that have opened restaurants in this magnificent city. In Jamie’s case his unique menu is noted for Italian classics, but prepared with that unique Jamie style.
